So
many books and so many approaches!!! One thing I can share with you is,
that the most important word you will ever learn is "d-i-s-c-i-p-l-i-n-e"!
No matter what it is in our lives, if we are to achieve our goals we must
have "discipline"...so make a pact with yourself today that
your middle name from this day forward is "DISCIPLINE".....
One lesson I think we all need to learn is that the real answer has to do with our lifestyle! Something I learned long ago is that food is actually fuel...it is not an emotional experience...at least not as far as our bodies are concerned! If we can learn to treat food for what our bodies truly need...fuel to run our 'engine', then we are ahead of the game.
I'm sure you will agree that you wouldn't put sugar in the gas tank of your car! Learning the right kind of 'fuel' to put in our 'engine' will go a long way to helping it purr like a kitten!
So many people write me and want to know how to lose weight....a simple enough question but the answers always seem to be so hard to find! Trust me on this one...learn about the right kind of food to put in your engine, and then make sure to live the kind of lifestyle that takes good care of it, and the weight will disappear all on it's own!

Fitness
I don't
know about you, but I've got an awful lot of things to do each and every
day of my life! Between taking care of all the kids and the myriad of
chores that turn up on my plate each and every day, staying fit is critical
and it's something that I insist on staying focused on without fail.
But what the heck is fitness anyway? Does it mean that I have to be able
to leap tall buidlings in a single bound like Superwoman? Well....maybe!
In my life I interpret fitness to mean that there is nothing I can't do
or take on. That my body, my mind, and my spirit are fully ready and able
to meet the challenges that life throws at me...what about you?
