Cigi has worn many hats in her life and often more than one at the same time! Intelligent from the halls of higher learning and from the lessons of a well fought life starting at the age of 14 she has been an entrepreneur, creative designer and buyer, general manager and divisional vice president for a large department store chain for over 30 years… concurrently supporting her family and being a mother for her 5 children ( 2 of which have been adopted )... and growing brood of grandchildren; raising Arabian horses, 8 dogs and 8 cats…all the while being intensely passionate about the important things in her life.

Cigi’s interest in anti aging and health has been a direct outgrowth of her own life experiences. Her hysterectomy 10 years ago led to her avid interest in bio identical hormones. Having suffered with fibroids since the age of 16, each of Cigi’s ensuing childbirths was by caesarian section and each birth involved the removal of large fibroids. After having 5 surgeries, left Cigi frustrated, stressed, at a loss and in the hands of many doctors who simply couldn’t provide her with the right remedies…

All of which led Cigi to pursue health and vitality on her own. Cigi’s passion led her to read endless books and do the hard research that her own doctors wouldn’t. She started asking the right questions, the hard questions….identifying who could answer them and then verifying their validity through her own life. Cigi continues to investigate and dig deep…her passion continues to identify what works and what doesn’t!
